Terms & Condition

1. Introduction
  • These terms and conditions govern the use of the Impulse Pharma Loyalty Card (the “Card”) and participation in the Impulse Pharma Loyalty Program (the “Program”).
  • By using the Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
  • The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of Pakistan.
  • Employees of Impulse Pharma and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Program.
3. Enrollment
  • Customers can enroll in the Program by completing the registration process at any Impulse Pharma location or through our website.
  • Upon enrollment, customers will receive a Card, which must be presented at the time of purchase to earn and redeem points.
4. Earning Points
  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases made at any Impulse Pharma location or online store.
  • Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point for every PKR 100 spent.
  • Points may not be earned on the purchase of gift cards, prescription medications, or other items as specified by Impulse Pharma from time to time.
  • Impulse Pharma reserves the right to modify the rate at which points are earned without prior notice.
5. Redeeming Points
  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at any Impulse Pharma location or online store.
  • The redemption value of points is determined by Impulse Pharma and may change from time to time.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
  • Points must be redeemed within one year of being earned; otherwise, they will expire.
6. Card Use
  • The Card is the property of Impulse Pharma and must be returned upon request.
  • The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it is issued.
  • Lost or stolen Cards should be reported to Impulse Pharma immediately. A replacement Card may be issued at Impulse Pharma’s discretion.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
  • Impulse Pharma reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of Program termination, any unused points will be forfeited.
8. Privacy and Data Use
  • By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Impulse Pharma’s privacy policy.
  • Impulse Pharma may use your information to send you promotional offers, updates, and other communications related to the Program.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • Impulse Pharma is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Card or participation in the Program.
  • Impulse Pharma makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Card or the Program.
10. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
